View the ocean from your private balcony.  Each room has a small refrigerator, microwave and in-room coffee.  Some have kitchenette and/or fireplace.  3 levels-21 rooms  No elevator.  Beach access stairway. NO PETS.

Six ground floor rooms, shared walkway, beach access stairway.  Unit 231 has separate bedroom, kitchen and fireplace.  Others have refrigerator, coffeemaker.  PET FRIENDLY.

Newest accommodations, all with ocean views from east side of Beach Loop Drive,  gas fireplace, sofa, desk with data port, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, deck or patio.  Near office  and indoor pool/spa.  Pet friendly.


Smaller, affordable rooms on the east side of Beach Loop Drive, with good ocean views.  Some units have kitchenettes.  Beach access via stairs across the street.  Most are PET-FRIENDLY.

Small, basic rooms have no ocean view, but share an ocean viewing deck.  East side of Beach Loop, near Lord Bennett's Restaurant.  Beach access stairway across the street. PET-FRIENDLY.

Rustic Cottages along the ocean front with unsurpassed ocean views and quaint furnishings.  TWO NIGHT MINIMUM.

Must be declared and stay only in designated rooms for a non-refundable fee ($10 + tax/pet/night).

Pets cannot be left in vehicles overnight or unattended in any guest rooms.  Pets are not allowed in the pool/spa.  Pets are not allowed in Cottages 213, 215, 218-219 and 410. “Comfort,” therapy” and “emotional support animals” are pets, not service animals.  They must stay in designated rooms and are subject to a nightly fee.  Penalty of $250 is charged for violation of these policies.

Service dogs that are trained to perform specific tasks directly related to a person’s physical disability are exempt from these restrictions.

Have basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Some have stove tops but not ovens. Inquire when booking. Bring your own spices and other condiments.

All units have private bathrooms (some with tub & shower, some with shower only, and some are handicap-equipped. Room 186 has a roll-in shower with folding bench.

Rooms 181-199 have gas fireplaces. Other fireplaces ONLY use wrapped fire logs (available in the lobby) Adverse weather conditions may render fireplaces inoperable.

(9 a.m. to 10 p.m.) for guests only. No lifeguard on duty.  Children 14 and under MUST have adult supervision. ADA restrooms and changing rooms are nearby.

Sunset Oceanfront Lodging is a NON-SMOKING FACILITY.  Guests are reminded that Oregon state law requires smokers to be outside at least 10 feet from any door, window or vent.  This means that smoking on patios, decks or walkways in front of rooms is prohibited.  Burning incense or candles or smoking inside a guest room is prohibited.  Violation of this policy will result in a $250 cleaning fee plus the cost to repair or replace damaged motel property.

Maximum occupancy is published for each room and cottage, and is based on the size and number of beds.  There are no roll away beds or sofa sleepers.  Guest-owned air mattresses and sleeping bags are not allowed.  A room with one queen or one king bed can accommodate 2 people; a room with two double or two queen beds can accommodate 4 people.

Are subject to change without notice. Rates for all accommodations are based on Double Occupancy (additional charge for extra people age 13 and up).  Add 7% Lodging Tax.
