Booking & Deposits:

  • First night + taxes charged at booking.
  • Remaining balance is authorized at check-in and charged at checkout.
  • Deposit refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before arrival (before 4:00 PM PST).

Cancellation Policy:

  • Standard stays: 24-hour cancellation notice required.
  • Late cancellation penalty: 1 night + tax.
  • Groups: 30 business days' cancellation required.
  • Individual Payee Groups – 14-business days for Individuals

Seasonal Dates:

  • Winter: Oct 1st Annually – Friday before Memorial Day Annually
  • Summer: Memorial Weekend – Sept 30th Annually

Rates & Taxes

  • Rates subject to change without notice
  • Add 11% lodging tax – Increase to 12.25% January 1, 2027
  • Rates based on double occupancy.
  • Extra guests ages 13+: $10/night each, plus tax.

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM PST
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM PST
  • Late checkout (11 AM–12 PM) may be available with approval.
  • Contact the office by 10:00 AM for late checkout or extended stay requests.

  Pet Policy

  • Dogs only (no cats) - Pet fee: $20.00 + tax per pet/night (max 3 dogs per room).
  • NO PETS ALLOWED IN ROOMS: 181–184 - 191–194 - 200 - 212 - 350–370 (Vern Brown Rooms)
  • Pets may not be left unattended or in vehicles overnight.
  • Damage/Violation Fee: $300.00.

 Smoking:

  • The entire property is smoke-free.
  • Guests cannot smoke on patios or balconies
  • Guests must be at least 10 feet away from all entry points if smoking
  • Violation of Policy: $300.00

Pool & Spa:

  • Hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM Daily
  • Children 13 and under require adult supervision.
  • No lifeguard on duty.
  • No private parties/events.
  • May be closed for required Maintenance

 

Fireplaces:

  • Electric fireplaces in rooms:181–199, 200, 224, 225, 350, 352, 354, 356, 357, 359, 361, 363
  • Wood-burning fireplaces: Units 231 & 417 (Duraflame logs only)

 

 Kitchen Rooms:

Available in: 200, 211, 224, 225, 231, 350, 352, 354, 356, 358, 359, 361, 417

Included:

  • Basic cookware, dishes, utensils
  • Stovetop and oven
  • Guests should bring spices/condiments/specialty cookware

 

Bathrooms:

  • All rooms have private bathrooms.
  • Shower-only rooms: 186, 200, 201, 202, 204, 205, 221, 224, 351, 353, 355
  • Handicap-accessible bathrooms: 186, 351, 353, 355

Other Important Rules:

  • No roll-away beds or sleeper sofas.
  • Guest air mattresses/sleeping bags not allowed.
  • Guests cannot bring BBQ or Grills on-site
  • Guests cannot charge their EV (Electric Vehicles) on-site.
  • Sunset Loding has overnight parking for Trailers, RVs - NOT ZONED for OVERNIGHT SLEEPING in RVs

·     Guests are not allowed to use the pool and hot tub after checking out.
