Deposit:

Sunset Oceanfront Lodging captures the 1st night plus taxes at the time of booking as a Deposit.

The remaining balance will be authorized at check-in and captured at the time of checkout.

Deposits for rooms are refundable       with 24/Hour Cancellation (4:00 PM PST) prior to Arrival Date.

Room Rates:

Subject to change without notice.

Add 11% Lodging Tax.

Rates for all accommodations

are based on Double Occupancy:

($10.00/additional people 13+).

Cancellations:

24-hour notice prior arrival.

Penalty is one full night plus tax. 

30-Business Day Cancellation for all Groups.

basic pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.

All kitchens have stovetops and ovens.

Bring your own spices, condiments, specialty cookware.

Pets can't be left in vehicles overnight

VIOLATION FEE OF $300.00
