Deposit:
Sunset Oceanfront Lodging captures the 1st night+ taxes at time of booking.
The remaining balance will be authorized at check-in and captured when guest checks out. Deposits for rooms are refundable with 24/Hour Cancellation (4:00PM PST) prior to Arrival Date.
Rates
Subject to change without notice.
Rates for all accommodations are based on Double Occupancy
($10.00/plus tax for additional people 13+).
Add 11% Lodging Tax.
Cancellations
24* hours' notice prior arrival.
Within 24 hours, penalty is one full night plus tax.

Fireplaces:
181-199, 200, 224, 225, 350, 352, 354, 356, 357, 359, 361, 363 have electric fireplaces.
Unit 231 & 417 have wood-burning fireplaces (Duraflame Logs ONLY)
Duraflame Logs at the Lobby ($4.50/EA)
Adverse weather conditions may render fireplaces inoperable.
Kitchens:
Have basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All kitchens have stove tops and ovens. Inquire when booking. Bring your own spices, condiments, specialty cookware.

Pets : Only in designated rooms for a non-refundable daily fee of $20.00+tax per pet/ night (limit of 3).
Not all room types are pet friendly, each room type that will mention it in the room description.

Pets cannot be left in vehicles overnight or unattended in any guest rooms.

“Comfort,” "therapy” and “emotional support animals” are pets, not service animals. They must stay in designated rooms and are subject to a nightly fee. Penalty of $300.00 is charged for violation of these policies.
Bathrooms
All units have private bathrooms (some with tub & shower, some with shower only, and some are handicap-equipped. Room 186 has a roll-in shower with folding bench.
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is published for each room and is based on the size
and number of beds.
No roll-away beds or sofa sleepers.
Guest-owned air mattresses and sleeping bags are not allowed. Units with one queen or one king bed can accommodate 2 people; a room with two double or two queen beds can accommodate 4 people and a room with one twin bed can accommodate 1 person.
